Our Founder
Lead by Mrs. Eliane Mezher, who is certified with NGH and NFNLP, we are passionate about working with people to achieve their best personal and professional life. We have a powerful belief in people’s ability to make positive changes in their lives.
We have been excited to see the positive, long lasting and meaningful changes that people have been able to achieve.
To facilitate this process, we offer a therapeutic environment that is empathic, non-judgmental and person focused. We are also committed to the principles of the strengths-based approach which value respect, collaboration, inclusion, transparency and sharing – principles we consider essential as they reflect a belief in people and their potential.
Mrs. Eliane has more than 17 years of experience in working as an Expert Accountant & Business Administration in various companies in Lebanon. Her determination, her ambition, her passion, and family spirit impacts her business work life. In 2005, she received a “FRED! Making a Difference in the World” award, and in 2009, she was awarded for Exemplary Teamwork and success in building a collaborative working relationship with colleagues.
Mrs. Eliane pursued her education to become a US certified trainer in NLP and Hypnosis. In 2014, Eliane started her own business with the goal to change people’s perspective on Hypnosis and NLP. In 2019, she wrote her first book “Transformation of a life” which was the first part of the series Butterfly. She then went on to obtain a Master’s degree in her own field. Mrs. Eliane recently has written and published two books of Butterfly Series:
